Moscow International Tax Congress

Interlegal is one of the longest established law firm networks with over 40 members located around the world. Its member firm in Russia, Freytak & Sons Law office in partnership with Interlegal will shortly host the Moscow International Tax Congress.

The Moscow International Tax Congress will assemble high-qualified experts in the field of taxation (including partners of member law firms) from United States, Greece, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Cyprus and Russia, as well as representatives of the Russian state authorities and businesses.

During the Congress the tax specialists will discuss the topical issues of Russian and International Tax Law, as well as the development of current systems of taxation in Russia and abroad.

The participants will discuss among others the issues of automatic exchange of tax information, international tax planning, personal liability of companies’ directors for tax avoidance, recent amendments to foreign tax legislation and legal cases on tax disputes of current interest.
